Savings System

The FHOC Savings System is a proven mentoring program that we’ve been successfully implementing for over 15 years. Many builders will tell you to go away and come back when you have a deposit. We won’t.

We’ll simply sit down with you and devise a savings plan based on your personal situation, and then create a savings timetable to assist you to get the deposit you need to get started.

Everyone’s personal circumstances are different so we apply a tailored approach to each customer’s specific needs. This can include fortnightly meetings where we meet with you and help and mentor you in the savings process. We can also look at your monthly budget and suggest ways to increase your ability to save.
