Every consumer who registers via the “Register for a $1,000.00 pre-start allowance” form will receive a $1,000.00 pre-start allowance at no charge should they proceed to an unconditional building contract with the First Home Owners Centre.

FHOC Assistance Package
- Until further notice, the First Home Owners Centre (FHOC) will pay your rent, as well as your land loan for a period of 6 months, or to a value that does not exceed $10,000.00, from the date of your official land settlement.

The decision of the Promoter is final and binding.
14. Should the drawn winner not meet the Competition criteria; another entry will be drawn.
15. The prize winner must provide identification to the Promoters’ satisfaction to claim any prize.

- 17.5 The Winner will be contacted via email and phone.
