FHOC Assistance Package

  • Until further notice, the First Home Owners Centre (FHOC) will pay your rent, as well as your land loan for a period of 6 months, or to a value that does not exceed $10,000.00, from the date of your official land settlement.

This Competition is a trade promotion lottery, and entry is at no cost.

The winner will win a prize of $23,400 (twenty-three thousand, four, hundred) AUD, which is based on rent of $450 per week if they meet all criteria of these terms and conditions. 5. For the purposes of the Competition, an “Entry” is made by completing all the following:

6. For the Competition, each Entrant must be

  • 17.5 The Winner will be contacted via email and phone. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner by this time to claim fulfilment of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety, and it shall be awarded to the next eligible entrant to be randomly selected.
